At Myracle, we are so confident you’re going to love our coffee that we are proud to offer a Full 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all orders.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery and applies to both one time and subscription orders.

To start a return, simply email us at support@myracle.co.uk or through our contact us form.

Refund Eligibility

For single-pouch orders (30 day supply) - if you’re not satisfied at any point, get in touch with us and we will issue you with a full refund.

For multi-pouch orders, our refund policy allows you to try one pouch to ensure you're satisfied with the product however the rest must be returned to us fully sealed.

To qualify for refund on your order

You may open and try the coffee from one pouch of your order. All additional pouches must be unopened and sealed. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to support@myracle.co.uk
  2. Include your order number or e-mail used to make the order
  3. Briefly explain your reason for the return
  4. Our team will respond with a return link to generate a returns label
  5. You'll then be able to set up a free collection from the Royal Mail who will process your return

Return Shipping

Return shipping is completely free to all Myracle customers. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label after a refund is requested from our customer support team.

Please ensure you package your unused pouches securely so the contents arrive in good condition to be eligible for a refund. Returned products are the responsibility of the buyer until they arrive to our warehouse. Any products arriving pierced, damaged or opened will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund as soon as possible, however please allow 5-7 business days for checking your order and actioning the refund.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method and you'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Please remember it may take several working days to show in your bank account while your bank processes the refund.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your product for an existing one, get in touch with us at support@myracle.co.uk and we will advise the best course of action.

Usually the fastest way is to begin processing a return whilst placing an order for your desired product.

Damaged, Incorrect Order Or Items Missing

If you receive a damaged order or your order is incorrect/with items missing, please contact us at support@myracle.co.uk within 72 hours with photos of the damaged product/packaging.

We will ship an immediate replacement and/or the missing item(s) to you at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation

To offer the best service possible, all orders are usually sent for processing the same working day.

If you wish you cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel and refund you before your order has been sent for delivery; however we can’t offer any guarantees on this. 

Any orders that have already been shipped are subject to our standard return policy

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through our website or by contacting us at support@myracle.co.uk.

If you prefer to cancel via e-mail - please allow 2 working days before your next order date to give our support team time to see your request and cancel your subscription.

Website cancellations will take effect immediately.

Any orders that have already been shipped are subject to our standard return policy

To ensure this policy remains fair for everyone, we reserve the right to revoke the 60-day money-back guarantee if we determine, on a case-by-case basis, that the policy is being misused or exploited.
